In the Art District, under the palms.

Located in San José del Cabo’s iconic Art District, SAGE offers an intimate open-air setting framed by native trees, soft light, and architectural calm. It is a place designed for gathering — for dinner that turns into drinks, for slow arrivals, and for nights worth remembering.

Led by Chef Guillermo J. Gómez

At SAGE, the kitchen draws from the depth and diversity of Baja California Sur with a point of view that is both grounded and expressive. Fire, freshness, and regional ingredients lead the way, resulting in dishes that feel considered without losing their ease.

The approach is simple in principle: cook with integrity, source with intention, and let the character of the ingredients speak clearly.

A refined expression of Baja — shaped by region, fire, and GENUINE hospitality.

  • "What I love most is the SAGE strikes that rare balance — refined without ever feeling forced. The food was thoughtful, the cocktails were excellent, and the whole night carried the kind of atmosphere you hope for in San José del Cabo but rarely find this well executed. "
